Olubunmi Adetiloye is a trained Counsellor from Obafemi Awolowo University where she obtained her M.A.e.d in Guidance and counselling. She is currently a Ph.D. student of Guidance and counselling at the same university.

She has over 7 years’ experience in School Start up and Management. She is a teacher per excellence with unique insight in career and personal development.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Light House Career Hub where she curates coaching and training programmes to help people become a better version of themselves and become gainfully employed. She also deploys counselling platforms to help people get access to best counselling services in the world.

She is a volunteer Support Coach with IMMERSE Coaching Company where she works with women to gain clarity and helps to achieve the organisational mission of impacting 1,000,000 visionaries with the thinking, tools and transformation to change the world in their own way, by 2030.
Olubunmi has received trainings, awards and recognition from various organisation ranging from Kickstart programme by International Breweries Foundation, and the Youth with Innovation in Nigeria by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
She also Volunteered and provides leadership for the Ushering Unit of City of Kings, a role she has occupied for the past 3 years.

She loves to counsel women and intercede for them in prayers. She’s happily married to Dayo Adetiloye, a Business planning and development Consultant and they are blessed with two fantastic children.
